Orders will usually ship within 4-5 days, excluding holidays where volume may be heavier. If an item is significantly late you may be intitled to a partial refund. please contact us if this happens

Orders $50 and up qualify for free shipping

We offer expedited shipping for an additional cost that will arrive in 1-2 business days

If your item is damaged please use the contact info to get ahold of us and we will ship out a new product free of charge or provide a full refund

If your item is marked as delivered please check your mailbox as some items will ship through USPS
